Manufacturing enterprises, as an important pillar of China's economy, how to build a good manufacturing enterprise culture has become the focus of management research.
 
1、 Corporate culture connotation
 
Since the term "corporate culture" was put forward, many scholars at home and abroad have studied it from the aspects of values, behavior, ideas, spirit, perception, norms and so on, and tried to define it. But so far, there is no definition that can be accepted by all scholars. This paper believes that the formation of corporate culture is a gradual accumulation process with the development of enterprises, and corporate culture itself is spirit and values, It can be accepted by all personnel in the enterprise and take it as the criterion. Corporate culture is the sum of the mission, vision, purpose, spirit, values and business philosophy with the characteristics of the enterprise, as well as the embodiment of these concepts in production and operation practice, management system, employee behavior and the external image of the enterprise. Corporate culture is the soft power of an enterprise. A good corporate culture can promote the continuous development of an enterprise.
 
Through the continuous study of corporate culture, corporate culture is usually divided into three levels: first, the material culture level, which is the most easily observed level, is the surface layer of corporate culture, including corporate environment, facilities and equipment, corporate products, services, etc; The second is the system culture layer, which restricts the behavior of the employees of the enterprise. It is the middle layer of the enterprise culture, including the rules and regulations and code of conduct of the enterprise; Third, spiritual culture? Sakura? 2、 Problems in the construction of manufacturing enterprise culture

Many enterprises do not put corporate culture at the height of enterprise business strategy, do not regard it as a long-term and systematic project, and lack unified planning. Many manufacturing enterprises regard profit maximization as their pursuit and ultimate development goal. In order to pursue profits, they ignore the basic interests of employees and the social responsibilities of the enterprise itself. Some manufacturing enterprises only pay attention to the short-term interests and ignore the long-term development, killing the goose that lays the golden egg without paying attention to technological innovation. Many manufacturing enterprises in China are in the situation of unclear mainstream values, lack of clear understanding and accurate positioning of their own mission, vision and core values, and there are few changes after the formation of corporate culture.

(2) Corporate culture is divorced from itself

The reason for the separation of corporate culture from itself is often the lack of attention to corporate culture in the enterprise, and managers cannot accurately and succinctly put forward the corporate culture of the enterprise according to its own characteristics.
 
(3) Simple means of corporate culture construction
